Very tasty or maybe you would like a rabbit?" In the meantime while Ronnie thought about it he asked Elise to lay down."Now, just smell the lavender. It's fragrance is used to calm down nervous dogs", he explained," I could also give you a poppy seed but it's normally used to put a dog to sleep if they have insomnia".

Austin liked the idea," Falcon would have to put the best guardians in charge though, or at least the ones with good senses. The Night Watchers are almost undetectable and they could sneak up on them during watch at night".

Elise took a shaky breath when Kokoro entered the den...she shook her head. "That's alright...I'm not hungry, but thank you....Ronnie, would you like something?" she asked her son, she would like him to eat, he needed his strength. She glanced nervously at Kokoro...she wondered what those plants were for, or why he had them, were they supposed to calm her down, she wondered.

Ronnie nodded, "Yes, can I grab something?" he asked, hesitant to leave the den, but yet eager at the same time, if that was possible.

Cody listened to his brother's ideas and accusations about what he thought the night watchers were up to. "You could be right...I don't believe a true night watcher would protect a victim...so either he really is a traitor to them, or, like you said he is part of some manipulative plan...we should have sentinels at night who keep a look out, they could saty in the camp, but then at least we could warn the pack of any possible danger...and of course, we'd take shifts."

ooc//Nova is a good name. I think it would be a good name for a boy or a girl.

Also, I'm sorry, but I have to go to bed. I'll try to be on tomorrow. It was nice meeting you Justin and Autumn, sorry I have to leave so soon!

ooc//They can be any rank you want them to be, well except for the leader, appointee or head guardian! lol XD But, if you make a rookie, which is a trainee, they have to be younger than 1 Spring (year) and 2 Moons (Months), but older than 6 moons! a Guardian can be any age really! (:

Pack characters can be old enough to be a guardian or less (rookie, pup) They aren't assigned the rank until they officially join the pack in the roleplay.

Kokoro entered Elise's temporary den. "Hello, I'm the medicine dog here", he muffled through the plant stems.He laid them on the floor."Dante sent me to help calm your nerves", he smiled at her.He noticed she had a son."Your welcome to go out to grab a meal. There is still plenty".

Austin thought out loud." A Night Watcher protect us? That's just a load of bull! Why would he do that?" Then he thought of something," You think it's a trick? Remember the first and last time they were here Zira pretended to be an innocent injured female. Then the next thing you know Sapphire is dead and the pups are gone". Austin sounded convinced of his idea,"It has to be. Maybe it's just a big scam. I bet you that wolf will come here and tell us some sorry ass story to convince us he's here to help".

Elise listened intently to Dante’s warning. It made her weary, but she could tell he was being sincere…she didn’t doubt that. The tears on his face convinced her…she was about to thank him, but he turned and ran way before she could get it out…she quickly went back into the den, trying to slow down her breathing. She laid down.

Ronnie looked at his mother with concern. “Mom…what’s wrong, why are you so scared?” he asked.

“Just stay in here Ronnie…it will be okay, I just got startled.” She told him, she did not want to make him scared. She knew she was, but she was trying her best to calm down, for him.

Cody pondered the thought…he tried to draw some sort of conclusion…but he couldn’t think of any reason as to why a night watcher would protect them…he then nodded as his father went to see the dog who was here temporarily.

Dante didn't even dare look at his mom's unmoving, unliving body. "Whatever happens do not runaway back to the forest without an escort. I don't want to scare you, I really don't. It's just our pack in in danger right now. Please, please,please believe me that I wouldn't have brought you and Ronnie here if I knew this was going to happen. As far as I lived, which isn't much, there was always peace in the forest", he looked at her, his eyes begging the protective, frightened mother to believe him.His body shook. He was trying so hard not to cry."Our enemy.....the adults have told me they've been gone for almost a Spring.....last night I witnessed their return and now my mom is dead. So whatever you do, do NOT runaway without an escort". Dante wanted to be clear. Though he was only 6 moons, he had to command her to prevent another death."After the mourning and ceremony I'll have my dad create an escort to take you and Ronnie back. I'm sorry that I brought you here". He bowed his head in shame and apology. A few tears slid down his cheek, but he quickly stopped crying.His body continued to shake but if you would look at his face, you saw seriousness and almost no other emotion.

Dante didn't wait for a reply. He ran over to the medicine dogs den.

Kokoro sighed."It's a tragedy. Should have seen this coming. Before Dante was born,Rine kept getting these visions of the pack's death and her death as well. What is odd is that Falcon informed me the killer, who seemed to belong to the Night Watchers", Austin gaped in disbelief. The Night Watchers were back? ," protected Dante. Why? Why protect the pup and Falcon and risk being killed by his own pack?"

Austin did think that was odd. But his mind was still surprised, mostly worried about their deadly enemy's arrival.Austin looked back when he heard someone enter.

Dante looked at Kokoro,"Can you give Elise something to calm her down....please?" he asked. Kokoro nodded."I'll be back, boys". He took a few lavender flowers and walked out to see his patient.
